Mitsubishi PLC Models

FX1S: Mitsubishi's PLC is an integrated compact modular PLC with complete performance and expandable communication capabilities. It is an ideal choice when considering installation space and cost.

FX1N: Mitsubishi Electric introduced the powerful and popular PLC. It features expandable inputs and outputs, analog control, communication, and linking functions, making it widely used for general sequence control in Mitsubishi PLCs.

FX2N: At the time, the Mitsubishi PLC FX2N series was the most advanced in the FX family. It features high-speed processing and the ability to expand with a large number of special function modules, providing maximum flexibility and control capabilities for factory automation applications.

FX3U: Mitsubishi Electric recently introduced the third-generation Mitsubishi PLC, which can be considered the flagship product in the compact category. Its basic performance has significantly improved, and the basic unit with transistor output type offers built-in positioning functions for three independent axes, with a maximum speed of 100kHz. It has also added new positioning instructions, enhancing its positioning control capabilities and ease of use. The FX3U series is a replacement for the FX2N.

FX3G: Mitsubishi Electric introduced the third-generation Mitsubishi PLC. The basic unit comes with two high-speed communication interfaces (RS422 & USB) and has a built-in memory with a capacity of up to 32K in standard mode. The basic instruction processing speed can reach 0.21μs. The control scale is 14 to 256 points, including CC-LINK network I/O. The positioning function setup is simple (up to three axes).

Q Series: The Q series is a large PLC designed to meet high-performance, low-cost requirements. Mitsubishi Electric Automation offers an economical QUTESET model PLC, featuring a built-in 64-point high-density mixed unit in a 5-slot Q00JCOUSET. Another option is the 8-slot Q00JCPU-S8SET, equipped with two 16-point digital input and two 16-point digital output blocks. It is fully compatible with the Q00J in terms of performance and supports software such as GX-Developer, offering excellent cost-effectiveness.

FX5U Series: Compact yet powerful, the FX5U series boasts a system bus speed 150 times faster than the previous FX3U products. It can accommodate up to 16 intelligent expansion modules, includes built-in 2-in/1-out analog functions, features an Ethernet interface, and supports high-speed positioning for up to 4 axes at 200kHz.

S7-1500 is a new generation large to medium-sized PLC with significant improvements in various indicators compared to S7-300/400. It is designed for high-end equipment and factory automation, providing abundant resources, ultra-fast computing speed, excellent system performance, and integrated features, including motion control, industrial information security, and safety functions for convenient and secure applications.
